1.What you can do to prevent carsickness on the road to Hana?

2.What is your cancellation policy?
We offer no-hassle refunds if you change your mind more than 48 hours before your tour pickup. Cancellations are free so you can book with confidence now. Within 48 hours of the tour pickup time, there are no refunds. https://www.tourmaui.com/refund-policy/ .
3.Where do you pick up for your road to Hana and Haleakala tours?
Sunrise and Haleakala day tour should be fine as you return to your accommodations late morning and mid-afternoon respectively. Hana return times can be quite late so best not to reserve anything special the night of a road to Hana excursion.
5.Do we offer tours from cruise ships (Celebrity, Solstice) that dock in Lahaina?
Due to the space available at the port and the boat tender setup, it makes it difficult for guests to be picked up smoothly and returned in time for the ship to leave that night. We can’t guarantee return times due to traffic and other issues that arise on our road tours.
6.Are meals included on all tours?
We provide meals on all our tours. Tour that start earlier in the morning include a continental breakfast after hotel pickup. Our Hana and Haleakala Volcano day tours include a picnic lunch. Our Haleakala Sunrise tour includes a hot, buffet breakfast after sunrise.
7.Can we do a shore excursion from Pride of America at Kahului port?
Yes, we do provide pickup and return to the port. Our road to Hana tour is available on Day 1 and Sunrise & Haleakala Volcano tour is available on Day 2.
8.Can we pickup at the airport?
No, guests will need to meet us at our continental breakfast location at the beautiful country club, the Dunes of Maui Lani
9.Can we drop people off in Hana and pick them up another day?
Our insurance policy does not allow us to act as a taxi or shuttle service in that way. We need to be bring guests back to the point of tour pickup or close by.
10.Can we drop off or pickup guests at the airport for the tour?
No, we are unable to do airport pickup and return. For those arriving by plane, they can meet us at our breakfast location for our day tours at Maui Lani. After the tour we can return you to the breakfast spot that is only a few minutes away from the airport.
11.Should we book a luau on the day of a tour?
Sunrise and Haleakala day tour should be fine. Hana tour return times can be quite late so best not to reserve anything special that night.
