Tour Protection allows your purchase to be refunded up until 1 hour prior to tour start time minus the cost of the tour protection.
If you did not opt into Trip Protection regular cancellation policy applies:
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the event of an operator cancellation due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour departure are non-refundable.
